I was approached to lead the design of a pitch deck & brand identity for a charitable startup called GivGro, which set out to solve the problem of financial instability in the charitable sector by leveraging investments and an innovative UI to make selecting and donating to charities more efficient, engaging, and simple.
Graphic design for charities is prone to cliches—hands, trees, plants, hearts, and any mix thereof. I challenged myself to go beyond this surface-level interpretation of “generosity” and really develop a unique brand system for GivGro that encapsulated its promise—innovation, hope, and sustainability.
